  I manage a team of four compliance analysts for a Fortune 500 Construction Manager. We collect certificates of insurance from subcontractors and ensure that they have the proper coverage to begin work at construction sites. This position requires a high level of organization and close attention to detail to ensure that information is recorded accurately and that coverage complies with client guidelines. Additionally, I use a database to track revisions to insurance documents, run reports, distribute work assignments, and process new company registrations and project enrollments. I also demonstrate superior interpersonal skills and communication. For example, I interface with a diverse set of contacts, including auditors, operations managers, risk managers, purchasing agents, accountants, construction managers, and project engineers. I also assist in interviews for prospective employees and conduct initial auditor training across multiple accounts. This position also requires creative thinking, and I experiment with new ways to approach complicated tasks. For example, when distributing audits to new employees, I developed a report to show work distribution by team member and by project region. Lastly, I demonstrate superior customer service, and I am an important resource for the client.
