Manage team’s capacity and competence build up. - Negotiated with management to change from HV test bench development from global for local to local for local strategy. Lead HV eDrive and eCompressor lab development and built up from scratch locally, reducing cost of 250K EUR and time to delivery of 50%, which was successfully running for eCompressor platform project and gained the trust from project and global team. - Responsible for verification and validation plan for 400v eCompressor platform project, coordinated all E&E test levels in the right side of V model from 5 test locations(China Suzhou, Changsha, Budapest, Indian). - Develop special test setups to support inverter ECU debug activities in the early development phase(e.g. heat sink fixture, test script functions, CAN and JTAG isolator) - Lead develop special samples in order to verify system level requirements. - Lead develop test cases and write automated test scripts based on system requirements by vTestStudio tool. - Maintain vTestStudio projects and CANoe projects for the test automation framework. - Lead rapid prototype system build up and verification via dSPACE micro labbox. - Work together with system engineer to do the troubleshooting. - Created best practices in testing process to achieve ASPICE Level 2 based on IBM(DNG, RQM,CCM) and Vector tool chain after pioneered system functional test and roll out to other test levels.
