17 years as a Technology Solutions Manager / IT Manager. Keeping the company at the leading edge of technology in Real Estate. At times, anything that plugged into the wall fell into my AOR. I supported 5 offices in 4 locations that later merged into one three-story, award-winning building which I helped design. I integrated the technology into the core of the building which houses multiple tenants. From March 2002 until Feb 2013 my role became more of a Network & Server Administrator. My main job was working on network security and reliability as well as keeping abreast of all software used by the company including Realogy's CRESTEDG, quick!Office, MLXchange, an array of data-basing programs, Veeam, R1Soft, VMWare ESXi, Exchange 2010, Watchguard, Citrix, MS Office, and Call Pilot unified messaging. Training and maintaining documentation for staff was an ongoing responsibility of my role. I was on call 24x7 and performed maintenance, upgrades or emergency service after-hours. Show less
