This was accomplished with only 50% of the sales team for the first three quarters of 2021. -I revamped our sales tracking process by introducing a new sales funnel which improved our knowledge and understanding of the status of our sales opportunities. -I hired sales professionals for open sales positions in the Eastern US, internally promoted a member of the Field Application Team to an open sales position, and directly trained them in the skills required for field sales.
