Management tasks included forecasting, cost analysis, estimates, work plan procedures, production scheduling, supplier and sub-contractor coordination, and management of personnel. Construction tasks included segment mold construction, quality control of reinforcing and post-tensioning installation, post-tensioning stressing operations, grouting operations, on-site concrete batching, and segment repairs.
