  Working as the cleaning Manager at Twickenham Rugby Stadium for over 20 years my role varied and responsibilities increased significantly in line with the stadium expansion. I sat on the future stadium committee and projects playing a significant part in the redevelopment of the south stand and general upgrades to the stadium which are evident today. During my time at the stadium we experienced our first ever concert, first ever back-to-back event and implemented a best in class waste management solution.
