  Spring 2017-2018: Assistant JV coach with Joe "Diesel" Drelick as the Head JV coach. Strong focus on implementing pitching plans from Head Varsity Coach Kevin Manero and Pitching Coach Keith Clauss. Varsity team lost in the state playoffs (2017). Spring 2019 - present: Brandon Billetz became head JV coach and I stayed in my role as pitching coach for JV. Spring 2020 season ended due to COVID-19. Spring 2021 resumed pretty much as normal. Fall 2016: Head Coach of the Columbia Knights with Joe "Diesel" Drelick. Participated in the Extra Bases Fall Baseball League American League Carolina Division (mixture of Varsity and JV level teams). Finished #2 in division, 7-5 record. Lost playoff game to Navy Knights (our varsity level team) who won the championship. Fall 2017-19: Assisted with the Columbia Knights in 2017 and 2018 (JV) and Silver Knights (Freshman) in 2019. Fall 2020: Adjusted fall plan because of COVID-19. We are practicing but no games are scheduled. Fall 2021: Resumed fall workouts as normal

  2021: Finished with the regular season with 8-4 record, the 3rd seed to start Bux-Mont playoff and finished as the runner-up after losing to Nor-Gwyn, and season ended after being knocked out in the Region 2 Tournament. Final record 11-8 (3-4 in playoffs). 2020: Named Head Coach of the Senior Legion team. Season was cancelled due to COVID-19. 2017-2019 seasons: Assistant coach for the Senior Legion team. Regular season champion (17-4) in 2017 with tiebreaker win over Quakertown. Bux-Mont Champion with 5-4 win over Souderton (22-4). We lost in Region 2 and finished 23-6 overall. 2018 we lost in Region 2 again and finished 25-7 overall. 2019 we lost in Bux-Mont and finished 17-9 overall. From 2011 through 2013 was an assistant coach at the Connie Mack "B1" level. In the fall of 2013, I managed one of the two teams Hatfield played in Connie Mack (both at the "B" level). In 2014, was named the Connie Mack "A" co-manager as part of the transition period towards being the manager myself in 2015. As the manager, In addition to the baseball tasks such as instruction, I completed administrative tasks such as paperwork required by the league and attendance of meetings. I also handled all communications to the team which included the game schedule, practices, and any other pertinent information to players and parents. I also completed internal tasks required of me to the Board of Directors that oversee "Hatfield Baseball" for the team and assist in completing projects to better the program. Hatfield Baseball combined with Towamencin to become Hatfield-Towamencin Baseball for the 2017 season and beyond at all levels. In 2014 the team finished with an overall record of 9-12 (0-1 in the playoffs). In 2015 the team finished with an overall record of 14-9 (1-2 in the playoffs). In 2016 the team finished with an overall record of 17-7 (2-2 in the playoffs). "A" Managerial Record: 40-28 (.588%) Total managerial record with Connie Mack and Legion: 51-36 (.586%)

  Primary duty was as the pitching and catching coach which applied to freshmen, JV, and Varsity teams. Work on correcting and improving mechanics, and utilizing video analysis (Hudl Technique) as necessary to assist in the process. Focus on individual mechanical efficiency. Take notes, video, and teach the player how to correct and enhance their game. Created off-season pitching guidelines to maximize pitcher growth for the entire program from Freshman through Varsity. Utilized a consistent incrementally increasing throwing program incorporating long toss, bullpens, and drills. During the game I called pitches, signaled plays, and coached first base while on offense. PCL honors: - R. Logan, 2nd team for us (2015) was recruited and transferred to AW for his senior year (2016). Named Pitcher of the year and 1st team with similar stats at AW. - N. Smalley, 1st team IF (2015) - M. Casee DH (2016) - LC Honors drought until 2021
