I am not your typical loan officer. My field of expertise is assisting homeowners manage their equity in their properties by educating them in the process of managing their mortgage. My business model includes both refinance and purchase money mortgages with an emphasis on purchase transactions. I entered the residential lending industry in 1984 and have been learning ever since! It is a wonderful, albeit humbling vocation!
