As a technical recruiter at The Axel Group, I am responsible for the life cycle of the recruiting process. Through a process we call “The Axel Group Difference” I thoroughly screen every candidate we represent through our three-pronged interview process. The first step is an in-depth phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview and concludes with professional reference checks. All prior to scheduling an interview with your team. During this entire process, I work hand-in-hand with our clients and our candidates the help them both find the perfect match! In the Architecture industry, we find talent at all levels with backgrounds in traditional Commercial & Residential Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Interior Design. In the Engineering industry, we find talent at all levels with backgrounds in Civil, Structural, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Geotechnical.
