Select projects include Church of the Gesu at Marquette University, the South Dakota State Capitol, the Minnesota State Capitol, Normal Hall at Indiana State University, the Paramount Theater in Cedar Rapids - IA, the Rockefeller Chapel at the University of Chicago, and the Church of the Immaculate Conception in New Orleans. - Create new leads using targeted networking and marketing to potential and past clients, continually cultivating existing relationships to solidify company position for future projects.- Responsible for direct sales and solicitation, traveling nationally to meet with owners, committees, architects, interior design firms and consultants.- Develop projects from inception to completion by working directly with clients to design and implement long-range and short-term fundraising efforts to help build enthusiasm and support for their projects. - Prepare proposal and bidding materials including detailed estimates, written contracts, insurance and bonding riders, as well as subcontractor and union agreements for contracts that typically range from $150,000.00 - $ 3,000,000.00.- Staff and manage studio craftsmen and outside subcontractors to complete work within specifically targeted cost and time projections.- Develop and customize proprietary estimator worksheets to assist in cost projections and project management.- Promote the company profile across the country by creating opportunities for speaking engagements and contributing to published articles. - Represent the company at National Conventions and Trade Shows.
