Configuring, installing EPOS equipment into high street retail brands.Part of the QA team testing the RMS software for the muliple clients that we deal with. Testing any new builds, bug fixes or change request to try and make sure they reach the client in a good working orderPart of the helpdesk team monitoring calls for the RMS software that come in to the company. We are a first fix part of the process to solve the more simple problems with the SQL databases and services and to assist the development team with any additional information required to fix the isssues that can't be solved by ourselves.Have an involvement in looking after the companies cloud email service as well as the antivirus and backups.Provide hardware and software support for the 25 or so users within the premises.
