      Being a line worker, means I must be on time, prepared, and alert while standing for 8 hours, on the belt.       My duties were to assist the mentally ill with medication, and to effectively treat those with mental illness. Being on time to serve those in need, study all drugs and medications to prevent drug abuse, and or side affects that were given without knowledge of there effects. Report any and all incidents to the Charge nurse, fax census to the house supervisor for the incoming and outgoing patients on the Unit. Take charge of assignment sheets when the supervisor was not present. Supervise instruct and lead those who worked along beside me. These include those fresh out of orientation.
