A Great Mind and A Great Guy - When I joined the company Kevin was kicking off our companywide adoption, launch and then enhancements of Salesforce & TalenRover/Bullhorn. I've utilized Salesforce for over a decade and was very impressed with Kevin's knowledge of the tool and how to maximize Customer Success. Kevin was a phenomenal leader in interpreting the voice of the business into useful and impactful system and process change across Salesforce and other company platforms/ERPs. My specific district and portfolio was able to capture and maximize our customer success and engagement by leaps and bounds from his efforts and his development and streamlining of these systems and processes gave us abilities to prevent lost potential, increase new accounts and ramp up productivity by unfathomable amounts. My team and my clients were doing triple the business with great ease. Aside from Kevin's technical and professional abilities, he is also down to earth and highly charismatic. His positivity and willingness to solve problems and work with anyone is absolutely infectious and inspiring.
