As Care/Staff Pastor at Southbrook my deep desire is to equip and unleash people with a heart for hurting people to see to it that they are cared for and so that no one walks alone through life's tough challenges. As a Pastor, I am called to "equip the saints to do the work of the ministry." Which means leadership development and multiplication. As I invest in leaders who invest in others, people are valued and then are strengthened and freed up to serve and minister to others here in our church and in the community and world. We do this through Tangible Care, Prayer and Thrive Marriage. As Staff Pastor for our team, I want to walk with our staff to make sure they are learning skills which helps them have a vibrant and intimate walk with God personally so that they can lead their people in which they oversee. Caring and leading for our amazing Staff at Southbrook involves leading our Staff meetings a couple times per month and a monthly one on one with each Staff member helping them through an holistic approach for self and soul care so they are serving, leading and mulitplying from really healthy places.
