The process of setting POG/MOD include tasks such as removing old store fixtures, installing new store fixtures, adjusting shelves/pegs, moving product from one area of the store to another, application of labels/price tags and general cleaning of the work area. I lead by example with grace and authority, embracing and adapting to an ever changing environment while maintaining respect, dignity, and compassion. Exuding a positive attitude and sustaining contagious energy throughout the entire shift. Monitored employee’s productivity, provided constructive feedback, received complaints, and resolved problems. Graded each team member weekly and submitted performance reports. Maintained timekeeping records using the company’s tracking system. I used general math and problem-solving skills. Read and interpreted retailer-specific Plan-O-Grams to perform required merchandising activities and fixture installations (POG, MOD setting) per instructions.
