Kevin was one of those few managers who was able to maintain the right balance between ensuring the team were meeting the high business demands of its customers while allowing the team to have fun fulfilling their role. Kevin knew exactly how to motivate, organise and lead our team regardless of the size of the task, while his passion and drive towards the business and continuous improvement in general helped the company to maintain its competitive edge over others. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute at Atlantic and this was no doubt down to the way Kevin managed the business. While I only had the pleasure of working for Kevin for four months, a testament to his management style is that we remain good friends to this day despite being on opposite sides of the world.
