I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Kev as he took on the challenging opportunity as Contract Coordinator for Clough AMEC. Kev has been able to support and grow his team throughout a variety of transitions and changes within the business and project. Working with Kev throughout the recruitment process he is professional and passionate about finding the right people for the project. Managing multiple stake holders and conflicting priorities while remaining focused on our plan/company focus and reputation. Clough AMEC is fortunate to have such a dedicated and thoughtful manager move upwards through the business and he is an asset as a leader.

I was a Production Supervisor with BP/Amoco and Kevin was a dedicated and industrious member of my production and maintenance team. He performed all duties with little or no supervision and guided others when appropriate. He also has an excellent manner, which helped to maintain a positive thinking team. I later had the opportunity to observe Kevin in his supervisory role with Petrofac and Talisman. He performed his duties as above, maintaining consistency and fairness in his dealings with all personnel.
