Work included review of CSO Long-term Control Plans, collaboration with MassDEP staff and EPA staff, and negotiation of enforcement orders resulting in implementation of CSO control projects. Worked with 24 CSO permittees across MA.

Worked in the MassDEP Bureau of Municipal Facilities, in administering the Construction Grants Program and later the State Revolving Fund (SRF) program, providing financial assistance to publicly-owned treatment works. Work included: review of project evaluation forms, administrative reviews of grant/loan applications, and technical review and approval of design plans.
