I applied for an outsource work for EMI's Project on City Disaster Risk Insurance Pool with the Risk Management Solutions (RMS)/Asian Development Bank (ADB)I accomplished the following tasks:-Performed digitizing work for all barangays within Bacolod City covered by LIDAR imagery.-Spatially adjusted downloaded Open Street Map (OSM) building footprint in reference to the Digital Surface Model (DSM).-Edited the building footprint polygon, as needed, to match the appropriate shape based on the base image and the Normalized Digital Surface Model (nDSM).-Quality checked all digitized building footprint.

Internship

During the internship, my fellow interns and I performed the folllowing tasks:-Created Flight plans for the QuestUAV using Skyciruits software and experimented with the Phoenix Model RC Flight Simulator-Experienced manually controlling/flying QuestUAV in AgriResearch UAV team’s actual Field Flights-Helped the Land Preparation Team in the profiling, levelling of waterways and in determining optimal route for tributary canals.-Helped in the establishment of Ground Control Points (GCPs) through Differential Levelling and GNSS Static Observation.-Helped in the creation of a WebGIS for use of the company.
