I had the pleasure of working with Kevin for over 2 years as Store Manager. His responsibilities as Sales Development Consultant (SDC) were to provide retail branches with support, training, and performance review to ensure better results and higher conversion rate with our insurance product portfolio. As a former Store Manager himself, he understood the challenges that the branch was facing and he was always asking the right questions to help identify the real issues. Kevin has an acute ability to identify business trends, especially with evaluating the sales process. He has helped me identify areas of improvement with my staff and implement new sales techniques to improve our results. Along with identifying goals and improvement rate, he'd follow up with the branch until the desired result was achieved. It was an enjoyable experience working with Kevin and the value he brought to the team was beyond what the statistics would show. Therefore, I'd highly recommend Kevin for any position that involves sales training, business development, coaching/mentoring, analytical research, and team building.
