I am respecting DMA-HQ on the following buildings and areas: - Defense Media Headquarters & Production Facilities - Satellite Antenna Facilities - Vehicle Storage Facilities - Roughly 60 Acres of Grounds Major Duties * Responsible for planning, managing, and directing all activities, including maintenance, repair, accountability, space utilization and management, office layouts, remodeling, alterations, securing and maintaining appropriate levels of support services related to heating, air conditioning, water and electrical service needs, custodial services, and grounds maintenance. * Managers building Electric and HVAC systems that require frequent and exacting preventive maintenance to operate at its maximum efficiency and 24 hour-day reliability in order to meet DMA mission requirements. The Naval Support Unit (NSU), State Department provides Seabee support to the U.S. Department of State (DoS) on a continuing basis.
