The Project Manager is responsible for serving as our clients’ first point of contact and promoting new business through developing relationships with assigned clients.

The Project Coordinator will be capable of evaluating the validity and acceptability of test results, including evaluation and resolution of non-conforming problems experienced during the performance of testing and balancing.

  Technicians are directly supervised by a Project Supervisor, Project Coordinator and/or Project Manager while learning detailed balancing procedures, techniques, basic HVAC control functions and finalizing report data. A Technician makes production contributions through talents, knowledge, skills and good working habits while possessing the ability to learn and accept new ideas.
