  My role as a senior project manager within Lime Retail saw me delivering projects from start to finish. Lime, a retail installations company, seek, quot and implement contracts across the UK and Ireland. As a project manager, I worked very closely with clients, listening to what they need from us and executing delivery of the contract from quoting stage to installation and follow ups. Week-to-week, I consistently worked to deadlines which moved around depending on the current field and client’s changing needs. During the Covid pandemic, I balanced working remotely while keeping close contact with the customer and colleagues to ensure the quality of our work was not impacted. It is also worth noting that I had days where I was hands on as an engineer on the field, installing electrical equipment across chains and stores including Selfridges, Harrods and the Dixons estate.
