Keeping in touch with the market, as a self-employed, I prepared landscape, architectural, and fire prevention projects. I was a technical responsible for 8 single-family residential architectural projects, and 2 commercial/industrial architectural projects, also the preparation of 120 fire prevention drawings, and 1 landscape project, totalling just over 103,000 m² licensed and built. Landscape Architect and Urban Planner - Director of the Department of Urban and Territorial Planning

As a landscape architect and urban planner, I was the director of a team of about 18 professionals responding to the landscaping and urban planning demands of a city with a population of nearly 330,000, located in the metropolitan region of Curitiba (4 mi inhabitants). I took responsibility for the analysis, elaboration, and inspection of several projects of landscape architecture, for writing technical opinions related to current urban legislation and master plan, demonstrating extensive knowledge in the field, documentation management, customer service, leadership, and project coordination skills. Key achievements: * Performed as speaker in at least 3 public audiences related to streetscape projects and urban laws, among the largest public was around 200 people;* Gave advice and revised public areas' landscape projects and their documentation, reports, and statements, totalling around 2km in length and an estimated budget of AUD$3mi;* Prepared, revised, and approved public streets' revitalisation, processes for expropriation of areas for urban mobility, and land subdivisions/landscape projects;* Coordinated about 18 professionals (landscape architects, urban planners, civil engineers, cartographers, administrative technicians, and internees) in their specialties and activities mainly related to urban design, urban mobility, urban planning, and public open-space areas;* Coordinated of "Action and Investments Plan" of the Sao Jose dos Pinhais´ Master Plan, 2022's updated version, with an estimated budget of around AUD$20mi; * Optimised administrative processes to speedy technical opinions and certificates, decreasing the time of issue by around 40%. As a landscape architect, urban designer and urban planner, I was part of a team of around 18 professionals of the Department of Urban and Territorial Planning, which responded to the landscaping and urban planning demands of a city with a population of nearly 330,000, in the metropolitan region of Curitiba (4 mi inhabitants). I took responsibility for the analysis, elaboration, presentation, and inspection of several projects of landscape architecture, for writing technical opinions and reports related to landscape legislation, and masterplan, demonstrating extensive knowledge in the field, documentation management, customer service, leadership, and project coordination skills.Key achievements:* Prepared about 13 streetscape projects, totalling approximately 18 km in length with an approximate AUD$12 million budget;* Performed as speaker in at least 15 public audiences related to streetscape projects and laws, among the largest public was around 350 people;* Analysed (or revised) and approved around 120 processes of subdivision landscape plans, expropriation processes and amalgamations per year, according to the municipal masterplan and other urban laws;* Analysed (or revised) and approved around 30 streetscape projects and their documentation per year;* Assisted (in person and by phone) an average of 5 stakeholders or citizens related to projects, assessments, current urban laws, and their permits per day;* Supervised on-site landscape project progress to certify that they had been done according to their plans;* Analysed about 30 Neighbourhood Impact Studies (with Environmental Impact Statement) per year according to urban laws and neighbourhood strategies;* Participated in and monitored the implementation of urban laws, such as the Land Use and Occupation Zoning Law, Building Code; and Municipal Road System Law, etc;* Titular member of decision-making municipal councils, and of a multidisciplinary team discussing landscape projects, and urban planning. I was a partner of a medium-sized landscape architecture and architecture office, with 5 to 15 employees. I had duties through the conceptualisation, revision, drafting, coordination, and site visits of architectural and landscape architecture projects. Key achievements: * Technical responsibility (authorship and/or execution) of 426 projects, including architectural, land subdivisions, and neighbourhood impact studies; * Prepared and approved about 70 Neighbourhood Impact Studies (with Environmental Impact Statement) before municipal governments, with liaising clients, stakeholders, and communities; * Prepared and approved before the municipal government one streetscape project with 650 meters in length, and a budget of approximately AUD$450,000; * Prepared and approved before the municipal governments five land subdivision projects, according to the urban law, and performed as a draftsperson and reviser of about 30 projects; * Performed on-time delivery of the projects and a high degree of satisfaction of the clients; * Created new work fronts for the company such as fire prevention projects and technical opinions, increasing around 25% in annual profits.
