I worked to establish a new quality assurance dashboard for assessing Community Resource Advisors' adherence to various metric measures. In addition to improving general quality assurance metrics, I overhauled the Point System for Quality Improvement. Through this role, I was able to utilize various database system reports to track performance, quality rates, and effect coaching at a department, team, and individual level. On a broader level, I assisted in the transition to and enhanced digital organization in order to promote the efficacy of the program as a result of COVID-19. Show less
