Researched the grounds of appeal and drafted the appeal, which was issued by the lead partner with no changes. The appeal was successful.Formulated advice to business owners on breaches of contract arising from rent-to-rent agreements. Analysed the agreements, assessed the breach of contract issues to be determined and conducted legal research into breach of contract and the relevant remedies.
