Charge Nurse/Staff Nurse in the critical care unit, responsible for nurse-patient assignments, patient physical assessments, hourly documentation of patient's health status, which includes: neurological, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal monitoring. Telemetry management ( initiating, monitoring, and interpreting strips). My role as Charge Nurse also includes chart audits, and overseeing patient's charges and making sure they are scanned and documented.
