1. Prepare purchase specifications, equipment data sheets for RFQ. 2. Coordinate the bid clarification and technical evaluation process of the bids. 3. Perform interface management between the Vendors, the yard and Owner. 4. Manage and monitor vendor progress and ensure timely delivery of equipment. 5. Review vendor scope of work and ensure vendor complies with contractual obligations. 6. Conduct meetings with vendors and customers to review technical issues and progress reporting. 7. Preparing progress reports, minutes of meeting, inspection reports and manage quality closeout of inspection punchlist. 8. Ensure vendor documentations are delivered timely. 9. Review and checks documents and drawings from the Vendors to ensure compliance with specification. 10. Ensure that yard drawings adequately captures Vendor’s details and requirements. 11. Coordinate, perform inspections / coordinate inspections at factory if necessary and attend FAT. 12. Approve Vendor’s Packing list and coordinate delivery of the Vendor Package. 13.
