The job title is a bit unclear because I did everything that needed to be done!What I did:- Ran promotions- Designed event content both digital and print- Managed the websites using CMS as well as running social media pages- Ran a nightclub event- Organised entertainment for music events in Durban and for the nightclub owned by the company- Responded to clients via email and social media- Organised marketing material / uniforms / decor for events- Played "bouncer" for Juicy M (the International DJ), as well as ensuring all the international and local artists were safe and organised. Once again, I loved the job, but I was still studying full-time and the late night events weren't good for my focus whilst finishing my degree!

I kept myself busy by photographing events at nightclubs and designing for start up companies. My social life has always involved business. I took on this job whilst studying to get paid work experience and ended up being more than an intern! I managed a team of promoters doing activations across KZN. What I did:- Managed sales from activations- Managed finances for KZN - Weekly reports for the business as well as for the clients- Conceptualised new ways to create more successful activationsI loved the job, however working full-time whilst studying full-time was a bit too much for a 20 year old!
