  Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Practice Lead, Architect and Team Lead for Enterprise supporting 12K+ members of globally distributed business owner, development and testing teams (employees, contractors, outsource and vendor partners), which have 700+ applications with 5+ Enterprise Releases per year (some 1 million+ hours) developing in Mainframe, Unix, Windows, Android and IOS platforms, with a full Enterprise ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) system based on our patent (see patent section) supporting Enterprise Development Processes and Policies with system integration and process automation, providing real time Decision Support for Application/Enterprise Development Projects and Releases, Governance/Compliance (SOX, PCI, CPNI, etc.) support and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) capabilities. Sprint's representative working with various Vendors providing tools and resources for ALM. Worked with contract negotiations, issue management/escalations, as Advisory Board/Leadership Council Member with IBM Rational/Telelogic/HP, had papers accepted and presented at IBM Rational/Telelogic (won best presentation one year) and HP user conferences, engaged in Alpha and Beta testing, and presented our solution to other companies as the expert with the tools (including visits from as far away as Finland) which help in improving the Vendor tools. Champion, Cross-Org Team Organizer and Lead selecting the Technology and developing the Business Case garnering Executive approval to implement an ALM system for all platforms. Member of Enterprise Year 2000 Validation and Remediation program team as ALM (aka Software Configuration Management) practice lead, and Enterprise SEPG as KPA owner of SCM (Software Configuration Management according to CMM, but included change management). Tech Lead for in-house built mainframe ALM system.
