Worked with my partner to set-up, organize and manage a general aviation maintenance facility, developing it into one of the most respected factory authorized Cirrus Aircraft service facilities. The two of us oversaw the organization. I served the HR and other functions, as well as risk management / insurance underwriter interface, eventually achieving the lowest "flight school" insurance pricing in the country with all "sign off" flight training requirements left to my discretion.

I left Platinum in April 2012 at a point where it had been built into the largest and most respected Cirrus Training Center and one of the premier Cirrus Maintenance Centers. Platinum Aviation closed its doors less than one year after my departure.
