I first met Kerry when my husband and I were running an inventory services company, and had a need for transcription services. We made contact with Kerry and from that moment on Kerry proved to be an invaluable resource for our growing business. Kerry was incredibly professional and reliable, and she and her team provided an excellent level of service within very tight timescales. When we sold that business and set up a new one, we kept in regular contact. During Kerry's illness, despite the many challenges it brought to her work and personal life, I was always struck by her constant positive outlook and the way she managed her condition. So much so that when Kerry decided she was well enough to step back into the workplace, it proved to be the right place and time when we were looking for a Customer Service Administrator, and we had no hesitation in bringing Kerry into the business. She threw herself into the role, picking up the ropes quickly. Since then, we have sold the business but we remain part of the new larger company along with Kerry, and she is proving to be a real asset to the business. She has helped to smooth the transition by utilising her people skills to train the Customer Services team, and put her organizational and written skills to the test by putting together comprehensive training documentation. Her recent promotion to an account-driven role is a testament to the value and expertise that she has provided. Throughout our time working together Kerry has proved to be a really positive force in the businesses we have been involved in, always showing enthusiasm, professionalism and proactive thinking, wanting to do the best for the customer. In my experience, she is extremely easy to work with, and shows thought, diligence and care with the work she carries out, whilst being warm, open and genuine.

I first met Kerry at a business networking event in November 2013. I was immediately struck by her professionalism, warm manner and obvious passion for her work. Follow our initial meeting, Kerry and I went on to work together on the social media campaign for my boutique consultancy business. Throughout our time working together Kerry has proven to be a reliable and trustworthy source of advice and guidance, always showing enthusiasm for my business yet being prepared to offer constructive criticism when required. In my experience, she is extremely easy to work with, clearly showing vision and ambition but at the same time being warm and sincere.
