I remain agile to ensure the delivery strategy and solution design is always based upon recruitment best practice, current market conditions and data insights. • I approach my role with a commercial mindset, and am responsible for writing proposals, pricing and negotiating contracts with clients. • This is a highly visible role and I host regular audiences with internal stakeholders to champion my services, as well as regularly meeting external clients, both existing and future. • With my position ultimately focused on Delivery, I have filled a number of roles for clients across both the public and private sector upto Director level.
