Ross Ritchey
When I met Kerry she was starting one of the most challenging tasks I can imagine attempting -> starting at a new job directing the companies efforts in both Marketing and Project Management. To be honest - I expected her to fail. But that was before I got to know Kerry. Kerry is one of the most driven individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting in my life. She came into World Synergy as a force to be reckoned with, deftly managing the Marketing team while giving the Project Management process a complete overhaul. She picked up the management of one of the companies largest projects on day one, and saw it through to successful completion - all while implementing a new PM process, professionally dealing with abusive customers and working with a management team that did not support her efforts. I'm still not sure how she was able to be successful in that company, but she was successful beyond measure and truly left the company in a better place than she found it. I sincerely hope that our paths cross again professionally, because I know that any company she is a part of will benefit as a result of her efforts.
