I started working here doing the AMEX campaign phoning up and speaking to financial directors trying to set up appointments for a sales person to go out and speak to them about getting the american express corporate card. I then moved on to quality checking the sales team phones calls making sure that their was genuine interest in the American express corporate card and making sure that all the criteria questions where answered. I started working for little chef part time to fit around my college hours I started out as a waitress serving customers, taking orders, taking payment, cleaning. I then learnt to cook so use to switch between the two roles. I then got promoted to supervisor so was responsible for either opening the restaurant in the morning or closing it down at night sorting out day planners, quality check sheets, cashing up, customer complaints, sorting out banking, inputting invoice into the computer, stock control.
