  Kerry established the London office for Susanna Lea Associates, an international literary agency, which also has offices in Paris and New York in 2008. She oversaw all UK business for the agency, alongside managing her own list of fiction and non-fiction writers. She also handled some of the agency’s other clients in the UK and Australia. She worked closely with authors to develop their ideas, shape their proposals or manuscripts and sell their work to the right publisher.
