Kerri is one of those early career people who walk through the door overflowing with potential and skills that will absolutely make her successful. She and I started ramping her up to help me build my small business 5 months ago, and since then I have seen her blossom as a program coordinator. She has managed client contact, scheduling, social media strategy and helped me generate leads as my business has taken off. She is incredibly organized and her interpersonal communication skills are phenomenal. The latter is extremely important because I am not an easy person to wrangle and my business has me on the road a lot. I trust her to be aware of all my upcoming deadlines and appointments, and she is great about following up on key details, asking for clarification and keeping me on track. Kerri also takes great initiative and fills gaps as she sees them. We had major gaps in client information and Kerri took full ownership of creating a data collection form, sending it to clients, and following up with folks who were slow to return it. She's also a really quick study, learning our booking and billing tool almost overnight, which took all of that off my plate. I am impressed by her curiosity and willingness to improve her skills. She even took the initiative to start studying project management through Google's certificate program, because she saw a need to develop those abilities so that she could be even better at her job. Any leader looking to develop a strong contributor who is ready and willing to grow in any position would be so lucky to work with Kerri.
