Kerrie and I shared an office space and in that time I was able to watch her work first-hand with clients. She is responsive, patient, and is able to explain things in ways the client will understand. She takes a personal approach with clients, treating them as colleagues which earns her their respect. Kerrie is thorough at what she does, digging through lines of code in emails and websites to catch the smallest errors before they go live. She also is proud of her team and the work they do together. Kerrie was the driving force behind many award submissions, prompting people to apply and following through with gathering and submitting application materials.
