      Kerrie is former head of the Ashridge Leadership faculty and a practicing member of faculty specializing in leadership development with a particular expertise in leader emotional intelligence (EI) and its practical application for individuals and organizations. She has sat on a number of academic regulatory and research committees at Ashridge and is a client and program director for a range of international clients. As a facilitator, Kerrie has designed and delivered customized, MBA and open leadership and management development programs to senior executives, incorporating sessions on emotional intelligence, resilience, influencing, change management, strategy and innovation to Fortune 500 companies. She has written a book chapter with Dr. David Caruso from Yale on leadership and emotional intelligence and was commissioned by Pearson Financial Times to write a book on the Leaders guide to Emotional Agility (2015). She is editor of a Bloomsbury book Inspiring leadership (2016). She has featured on BBC Radio and is a regular contributor to HR and Learning and development practitioner publications.She is a reviewer of the academic International Journal of Human Resource Management and has presented and chaired many sessions at international conferences.       Kerrie was part of a key strategic team, leading the execution of an in-house rationalisation project post Kerry Group acquisition, integrating group systems and functions, reducing costs by €1.5 million for that business unit. She managed a team of six persons following a Kerry takeover, introducing new IT systems, training and development functions which was aimed at increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction levels of the newly acquired business unit.
