Kerri has created a pet resort that truly lives up to it's name each and every day. I can't imagine what my wife and I would do if we weren't so lucky as to have discovered PawSpa when we were looking for the perfect place to provide daycare and boarding for our beloved dogs Odgie and Zack. Kerri's consistent attention to detail ensures that the facility and PawSpa's staff are always top notch. Kerri listens to her customers and is always going the extra mile to ensure a quality product and experience is provided to pets and pet owners alike. My wife and I never hesitate to recommend PawSpa; and there can be no doubt that PawSpa's success is due in great part to Kerri's skill, dedication, and drive.

While with Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia I assisted in the overall planning and facilitating of the Product Program which included the distribution, inventory tracking and money management of thousands of cases of Girl Scout Cookies in my region alone. I worked successfully with a team of 6 across the state of Georgia. I managed Region 1 which consisted of 8 Service Areas, made up of 23 counties and up to 200 Girl Scout troops across North Georgia. I was able to increase and grow Product Program sales in my Region every year with my consistent support, group training and marketing. I enjoyed designing the multiple training manuals, presentations, order forms and flyers for the programs. One of my many responsibilities was to manage the social media page for our department. I learned data entry and onboarding skills uploading membership data bases into the online product program platforms. The Product Program department is the largest fundraiser for Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia. In addition to successfully managing my Region, I assisted in event planning and hosting multiple adult and Girl Scout events annually.

When I worked for Crabapple Knoll Veterinary Clinic and Veterinary Medical Center, I worked alongside multiple veterinarians in very busy and fast paced clinics. As a veterinary technician I gained extensive experience in general animal medical care. On a regular basis I would assist in routine and emergency surgeries, in addition to other veterinary medical treatments and procedures. I was able to take and process digital x-rays on a variety of animals. I can pull and process laboratory samples, place IV catheters as well as perform a variety of other medical tasks. Keeping a sanitary and clean environment was extremely important. Attention to detail and keeping accurate medical records was essential. I was able to successfully perform my job in stressful and chaotic environments. I have worked for this veterinary practice on and off since 1996 while in high school and when I was home from college. As a receptionist I gained extensive customer service, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, managing accounts receivable and basic office skills; closing out the cash drawer nightly and making bank deposits. At PawSpa Resort, I conceptualized and helped develop the business plan and daily operating procedures from the facility layout, the pre-construction phase, to the original website layout and all design aspects of the business including name, logo and slogan. I managed 12 employees gaining experience with Human Resources; from the hiring process to work scheduling, 1099 employees and payroll. I was responsible for the daily operation and flow of the business. PawSpa Resort can house up to 150 canine and feline guests. It was my overall responsibility to ensure the guests received the best daily care and keep up with the facility cleaning and maintenance. PawSpa Global was created to franchise and license other pet care facilities. In addition to PawSpa Resort in Cumming, Georgia, I assisted in the creation and development of PawSpa Resort in Acworth, Georgia; Snellville Pet Resort in Snellville, Georgia; and PawSpa Resort in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.
