Kerri and I work together to develop and test EXFO Worx - a near real time distributed system. Using limited resources Kerri set up a distributed test system that could emulate multiple customers' systems. She was able to test new releases of our product the way a customer would use them and detect issues, before the customer found those issues. When an issue was discovered, Kerri worked to reduce the system complexity until the simplest possible system showed the issue. This enabled development to more easily diagnose and fix the problem. Kerri is always available to help install and configure our most difficult installations. I highly recommend Kerri to any QA team.
