Bio
Jessica Silverman
It was such a privilege to work with Kerisha on curation of content for Harvard’s LabXchange. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail quickly streamlined the team’s workflows, increasing their productivity significantly. I could always trust her to solve any challenge, and her solutions contributed to shaping the high quality of the content collection. Hard working, clever, earnest and kind, Kerisha was an absolute pleasure to work with and an exemplary team leader.
Shaun Madho
Kerisha is a consummate professional. I can liken her to those that were first picked for the team on the school playground – this for her ability to be a team player driving a strategy, or to individually produce those moments of masterclass. I had the privilege of having Kerisha on my team, in my capacity of President of the South African Sugar Technologists’ Association. Here, she was assigned to be accountable for the portfolio of Media and Publicity. Her notable achievements included increased newsletter readership (+25%) and traffic on the association’s various digital platforms (+50%). This was done through the implementation of a market value strategy with feedback from each initiative driving the next to improved quality and functionality. If a volunteer or leader was ever required, Kerisha did not hesitate to accept. This extended her portfolio to Congress Delegate Liaison, Digital Communications and Events Coordination. All this on top of her research duties. In a dynamic work environment, challenged by black swans, Kerisha is always welcome on my team as I know that she has a growth mindset, and if passionate about a cause, will lead it with conviction, integrity, and autonomy.
