Provide exceptional service to music fans in the Premium Seating structures of the Deschutes Deck and Cabanas. Each event is an opportunity to create an experience for fans of diverse ages and musical tastes. I enjoy the challenge of discovering what makes a wonderful experience for each of my clients. A successful evening sounds like good music and laughter, looks like dancing, drinking, eating, and smiling, and wraps up with "we had such a good time, can we ask for your section next time" and more money than I and the venue had before. Some of my service highlights for the past two seasons: *A $300 tip on a $200 tab for creating a "first date experience" *At least one group an evening leaving with a "We love you" and (appropriate) hugs *Receiving some Tenacious D swag as a tip on top of the monetary tip *Surprising repeat fans from prior year by knowing their names and drinks and doing the same from show to show as best I can *Taking video of a family dancing so they could keep the memories and not be tied to their phone *Dancing with a couple who then returned to say they hadn't danced in years until that night and I helped them get out of a slump Show less
