Caroline Clarke
Keri joined our team at a time of significant transformation and disruption to act as the conduit of IP from departing personnel, to those yet to be hired. While her knowledge of Cricket was limited; her enthusiasm, tenacity and can do attitude was invaluable me as I sought to "keep the lights on" while recruiting and onboarding new people. The transformation was not just team, but the way we presented things to our customers, and ways of working with our agency partners, other cricket entitites across Australia and our internal departments. Keri was able to get up to speed with our data and marketing automation tools really quickly. Problem solving on the fly for others, and although it was sometimes frustrating, she did so with good grace and spirit. We also had had a new approach to some of our email templates, sourcing the refresh from one of our digital agency partners. This process hit numerous snags, as it became evident the agency had over promised on their capabilities and were in fact learning as they went. Again, she effectively managed the relationship with diplomacy, despite significant frustrations, and was tenacious in her endeavors until the right outcome was achieved. She was a well liked, and well regarded team member, great at building relationships, and extremely reliable and dedicated. She will be an asset to future employers.

Despite being in her role for only a short period of time, Keri had developed a deep understanding of the marketing systems at Cricket Australia, ensuring my transition into my role was seamless.
