Keri is one of the most highly skilled user researchers I have ever worked with. I was fortunate to work with Keri on one of my very first projects, a high profile Border force project. Working with Keri was thoroughly enjoyable as we got through our tasks and worked seamlessly together as a team. Keri’s knowledge and skill set in User Research meant we were able to put ourselves in a position to pass our GDS assessment. Keri is diligent, hard working and a great team player. She is always willing to learn, has a very calm and empathetic nature and I would love to work with her again. Without Keri I would not be where I am today and I thank her for her guidance during our time working together.

I employed and worked with Keri at The Home Office working on a passport appointment booking service. Keri is a very experienced and highly skilled User Researcher. She developed and implemented user research strategies and plans for the digital services she worked on. She also worked with the development team to translate research outputs into user centered digital services. Keri successfully led discovery phases for three services I managed as well as working with designers and developers to produce and test prototypes in the aplha into beta delivery phases. Keri is very proactive and has a positive approach which sets a great example to her team members. Keri is also able to present confidently to senior members of an organisation as well as large groups. Keri is a great asset to any organisation and I would willingly employ and work with her again.
