This also involved working with government bodies to apply for funding for training programs. • Recommending and establishing company policies. • Being responsible to lead HR department staff to ensure effective management of the following functions within the organization: Labour Relations, Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Organizational Development, Communication, Coaching, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Mentorships, Salary & Benefits, Team Building, Employee Relations, Apprenticeship Program, Aboriginal Inclusion.
