As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the role is responsible for conducting full life-cycle recruitment to support hiring initiatives for technical roles including but not limited to Consultants, Mid to Senior Level Management, Marketing/Sales. Administrative, Call Center Agents and Analysts. This requires sourcing, networking, conducting and managing interview processes, assessment results management and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for candidates all while respecting the “human” element for our prospective future Insiter’s. In addition to sourcing and hiring outside talent, the role also requires working with internal candidates looking to elevate within the company and managing those in-house requisition processes. The role requires working closely with peer panels, senior-level, and executive-level interview participants. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I also support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including but not limited to diversity & inclusion, learning management, talent management, vendor selection and retention.
