Achievements: * Redevelopment of the entire Auto Claims Department * Created an onboarding process for new auto claims representatives. * Presented and received approval from executive leadership to redesign the inside adjusters’ job description and salary level to accurately reflect their job responsibilities. * Streamlined workflows and requested updated equipment to provide a more satisfying work environment for the associate. * Achieved significant reduction in expense due to redevelopment of territories, eliminating the use of independent adjusters. * Customer service made essential by the implementation of pass-through auto claims process, ensuring one-adjuster is the point of contact. * Audit system and guidelines established to conduct annual claims reviews to ensure quality control of claims processes within Claim Center.
