We’re not looking to be the biggest lender in the city, though we want folks to know who we are. Ultimately, we want to make things better. Period. We want to make them better for our clients. We want to make them better for our referral partners. And we want to make them better for our employees. It’s that simple. As we do that, we won’t have to worry about volume or profitability or even employee retention.
