Arranged and executed a diverse selection of programming and services for over 40,000 participants annually. Managed an annual operating budget of $255,000. Developed center strategic plan, divisional prevention plans and community emergency response plans.• Cultivated and maintained community and corporate partnerships, sponsorship's and grants to form effective partnerships and lead initiatives including free backpacks, back-to-school haircuts, holiday toys, food baskets and winter coats to individuals and families.• Increased attendance by 5000 per year by introducing diverse program offerings and improved amenities to youth, teens, adults and senior population.• Created a prevention/outcome-based Summer Camp program for teens in a title-one area.
